This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, and protection of personal information by PillZet (“PillZet”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the PillZet mobile application and website https://pillzet.in (collectively, the “Platform”) while providing services (“Services”) to users (“User”, “you”, “your”).
PillZet respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws in India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable pharmacy, healthcare, and consumer protection laws.

1. What Is Personal Information?
“Personal Information” means any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify an individual, either directly or indirectly. This includes information provided by the user, automatically collected by the Platform, or generated during service delivery.

Sensitive Personal Data or Information
Certain categories of Personal Information are classified as “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” under Indian law and are subject to enhanced protection.

Sensitive Personal Data is collected only when voluntarily provided and is never used for advertising or marketing.
Automatically Collected Information
The Platform may automatically collect technical data such as device information, operating system, app version, IP address, and interaction logs for security, stability, and service improvement.
Information Not Considered Personal Information
Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify individuals is not treated as Personal Information and may be used for analytics and research.

Users control what information they provide. Prescription uploads are user-initiated and required only where mandated by law.

Payments are processed via RBI-compliant third-party gateways. PillZet does not store card numbers, CVV, PINs, or UPI credentials.
Limited transaction metadata such as payment status and reference ID may be retained for reconciliation, refunds, and compliance.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
Includes device data, IP address, and diagnostic logs for fraud prevention and system improvement.
